We’re excited to announce that Spacio is now integrated with Zapier, which means you can use it to connect Spacio to 1,000+ (no exaggeration) different web services.
If you’re not familiar with Zapier, not to worry! This post explains exactly what it is, how it works with Spacio, and how you can easily set it up in order to streamline your open houses even further.
A Primer on Zapier
Zapier is a web-based tool that allows users to utilize existing workflows (or make their own) and automate the use of web applications. Automated connections called Zaps — which you can set up in minutes with no coding needed — can be used to automate your day-to-day tasks and build workflows that otherwise wouldn’t be possible between different apps. Each Zap has one app that functions as the “Trigger”, which is the source where your information comes from. The “Trigger” causes one or more “Actions” in the other apps, where your data gets sent automatically.
Spacio + Zapier = Supercharged Open Houses
What does this integration mean for you? Well it no longer matters whether Spacio directly supports integration with your CRM or not, because you can quickly and easily connect your CRM with Spacio using a Zap. Imagine being able to immediately sync all of your open house lead info straight to your CRM with no extra legwork. A Word of Advice
We suggest that Spacio users stick with a single integration whenever there are ones that are mutually available through Zapier and Spacio’s Integrations webpage. For instance, Spacio already offers a Contactually integration, so if you previously connected your Spacio account to Contactually then you don’t need to create a Zap with Spacio and Contactually. Unless you are looking for a specific automation flow, we suggest that you clear one integration on Spacio before enabling the one in Zapier. This is a precautionary measure because CRMs seem to behave differently when there is duplication involved.
How to Connect Spacio and Zapier
Now that you know the basics, what are you waiting for?!? Here’s your step-by-step guide to connecting Spacio to Zapier:
- Log in to your Zapier account or create a new account.
- Navigate to “Connected Accounts” from the top menu bar.
- Now click on “Connect new account” and search for “Spacio”.
- Use your credentials to connect your Spacio account to Zapier.
- Once that’s done, you can start creating an automation. Use a pre-made Zap or create your own with the Zap Editor. Bonus: Creating a Zap requires no coding knowledge and you’ll be walked step-by-step through the setup.
