Happy 2017! It’s a new year and we are excited to introduce you to Spacio’s newest product features.

When we created Spacio, it was built with one purpose in mind: to help real estate agents capture and convert leads by offering a seamless, easy-to-use solution to collect contact details from visitors to your open houses. With our new app features, here’s how you can do just that!

1. EMAIL EFFICIENCY
We’ve added two new auto email templates for Real Estate Agents. In addition to our existing email templates for Visitors to your open houses, we created one specifically for Visitor’s Agents, where an email is sent to a Visitor’s Agent if a valid email is registered. The other template is for Brokers who attend Brokers-Only open houses.

2. REST ASSURED
There’s now a BCC option for the auto email feature, so you can easily send yourself a copy of all emails that are sent to Visitors who attended your open house. This way you can be sure your auto emails are pushed out properly.

3. ASK AWAY!
You can now create your own custom questions and add them to the form that Visitors to your open houses will fill out.

4. BROKERS ONLY
Real estate agents can show off their new listings with Brokers open houses. By enabling this feature, your sign-in form will adjust to capture all Brokers information during the open house.

5. MORE IS MORE
We added a number of integrations, including Testimonial Tree, Mailchimp, Cloud CMA, Follow Up Boss and more. Visit our Partners page to see them all.

6. GET YOUR PHONES OUT
We now have iOS and Android apps that work in parallel with your iPad so you can access information about Visitors to your open house at any time, on any device. These mobile apps also allow you to make notes about Visitors in real time during your open houses, without disrupting Visitors who are using your iPad to input their contact details.
